Important Notice for Online Payments

If your driver’s license is set to be suspended in the next three business days:

·         Call our office directly to make your payment and inform the clerk that you are trying to reinstate your license before the suspension takes effect.

·         Payments made through PayChoice are not processed immediately. The Clerk of Courts must receive funds before they are applied to your case.

·     Suspensions will not be lifted until payments are fully processed, and reinstatements cannot be backdated to the date you paid online.
