Special Events – April 11th

The Clerks office will be holding two special Events on Saturday April 11th between the hours of 8:00am to 2:00pm. Details about Operation Green Light and Passport Day can be found below.

Operation Green Light

This year, many Clerks of Court are participating in coordinated events in April. In Santa Rosa County, the event will be held April 11, 2026. This upcoming event is an opportunity for Santa Rosa County customers with suspended driver licenses to pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, while potentially saving money in additional fees assessed by an outside collection agency.

WHAT: Operation Green Light, A Driver License Reinstatement Days Event
WHEN: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 11, 2026
WHERE: 4025 Avalon Blvd, Milton & 5841 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze
WHO: Individuals looking to save on fees and have their driver license reinstated.

This is an in-person event only.

Passport Day

The Santa Rosa County Clerk of Courts and Comptroller is holding a special event on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm to help people get their passports. This is a walk-in event focusing on first-time applicants and children and an appointment is not necessary.
The Clerk’s offices at the County Administrative Complex, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, and South End Service Center, 5841 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, will be open for this event.

Participants will need to bring the following with them:

1. DS-11 Application
2. Original birth certificate
3. Valid picture ID (Florida driver’s license)
4. Passport photo – we can provide for an additional $15.00
5. Check or money order payable to the US Dept of State:
   ADULT PASSPORT BOOK (16+)
   $130.00 Regular $212.05 Expedite
   ADULT PASSPORT CARD (16+)
   $30.00 Regular $90.00 Expedite
   MINOR PASSPORT BOOK (15 and under, both parents and child must be present)
   $100.00 Regular $182.05 Expedite
   MINOR PASSPORT CARD (15 and under, both parents and child must be present)
